SHRABANI MILAN MELA INAUGURATED AT SUSHRUTANAGAR MEDICAL MORE, SILIGURI

Webdesk, TNI Siliguri, 8th August, 2015: The 3rd Shrabani Milan Mela has been inaugurated yesterday at Medical More Mela Ground at Sushrutanagar, Siliguri. It is the 3rd year this mela is being happening. Every year during this Shraban Month of Bengali calendar this mela is being held. Though not all the stalls are being opened however, the occupancy is almost 100% this year according to the mela authority sources. People of this region especially Sushrutanagar, Shivmandir, Matigara, Gossainpur, Phansedewa, Rangapani etc. visits this mela. A local club called Sushratanagar Naba Yubak Sangha is actually the organizing authority of this mela. Local vendors say that those who cannot visit the main Sraboni Mela at Jalpesh, visits this mela.
